Most have also been trained in the John Barnes Myofascial Release Technique and all take pride in using their training and skills to help clients heal physically and emotionally.

I offer Neuromuscular Therapy for the back and spine, Traditional Thai massage, Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue. I have always had a passion for helping others and believe that massage therapy is essential to maintaining a healthy body and mind. While working with clients, I use a blend of my skill set that best suites the clients needs. I also volunteered to provide sports massage to runners at the Chicago Marathon, helping them recover after the race. I recently relocated from Chicago to Boston and am looking forward to seeing what I will learn on the east coast to further expand my massage career. I am also passionate about great food, traveling, hiking, and going to social events.
After a career in education and human service work, I decided to shift my professional focus to holistic healing. I graduated from the Massage School in Boston. Now through bodywork, I can combine my different passions and lead my clients on a path towards wellness.
Lemuel graduated from Lincoln Tech in 2007 with his MT license and later on his medical assistant certification. He specializes in sports massage as well as other modalities such as trigger point, myofascial, and craniosacral among others.
